Our Mechanical and Plumbing coverage runs along side our Electrical division providing service at all levels from domestic breakdowns and repairs, boiler upgrades, air source heat pumps to large scale commercial installations.

We cover the housing sector thoroughly and provide an all aspects Building service for our clients ranging from small repairs to large scale service and compliance contracts. We also engage in small-large scale property development for private or business clients and have 30 years experience in the sector with a range of high end completed projects and continued long standing client base.

We offer a full scope FM management for our clients providing maintenance contracts for all aspects of soft-hard services from cleaning/decorating to complex plant and equipment within the M/E HVAC systems.We have a detailed knowledge and understanding of Hse and compliance requirements, building regulations and legislation for all building types or usage and pride ourselves on the professional advice and commitment we provide.

EMTECH are committed to the NET ZERO projects and reducing energy consumption which is why we provide advice and consultancy to both private domestic clients who may only require Solar PV installations to large scale commercial buildings which may require full upgrades to LED lighting systems or decarbonisation works to reduce consumption all this can be provided on a design only basis or full design to project completion if required.
